Hotels may be changed to a similar category due to unforeseen circumstances
Rooms are on a double-sharing basis
Extra stay due to weather or unavoidable situations will be paid by the guest
Kedarnath accommodation is basic; Badrinath offers 3-star standard stays
Maximum 2–3 kg per guest; excess may not be permitted onboard. Allowance is subject to total group weight (limit: 450 kg). If exceeded, extra baggage will be transported by road at additional cost, shared among all guests in the helicopter
Children (2+ years) are charged full fare; infants below 2 years or up to 12 kg travel free (ID proof may be required)
No discounts for children or senior citizens
Total weight for 6 guests must not exceed 450 kg; exceeding may lead to trip cancellation
Accurate body weight must be provided at booking to avoid issues or cancellations
Incorrect weight may lead to no boarding and no refund; only up to 2 kg variation allowed
Helicopters operate as per DGCA and UCADA weight and safety guidelines
INR 2500/kg for guests above 75 kg; charged per person (not helicopter weight), calculated group-wise, and payable before departure or at the helipad
If the yatra is disrupted due to weather/technical reasons, the company will attempt completion; failing which, refund will be limited to unutilized sectors
Booking rescheduling is allowed with 20% charge if requested 20+ days prior (sub to availability); within 20 days treated as cancellation and requires fresh booking
Company may cancel, reschedule, delay, or overfly flights without liability, and refuse unfit or risky guests; no refund in such cases
If guests exit the tour mid-way, return will be arranged but costs will be borne by guests and no refund will be applicable.
No insurance is provided for accidents, illness, theft, or unforeseen events; guests are advised to arrange their own, and all baggage/personal belongings are their responsibility.
If delayed due to bad weather, darshan will be attempted the next day; if any Dham is missed, refund of approx. INR 20,000 per seat per Dham (flying cost only) will be provided
If the helicopter cannot operate from Dehradun, refund will be given after deducting charges for utilized services like hotel and transport
Helicopter operations are subject to weather and force majeure conditions (ATC delays, VVIP movement, IAF activity, technical issues, crew illness, late reporting, etc.), and guests should be prepared for possible delays or changes
The company reserves the right postpone, cancel, or reschedule flights due to weather, technical issues, or pilot unavailability
All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction
Bookings are confirmed subject to acceptance of the above terms and conditions
GUIDELINES
4–5 kg baggage allowed per guest; only soft duffel bag permitted, suitcases/trolley bags are not permitted
Guests may be reassigned across flights due to weight and safety limits, and may not travel together
Guests must be medically fit; those with conditions like asthma should consult a doctor and carry a medical certificate
Guests are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle as a precaution, available at local medical shops
All guests are advised to carry their own medication
Company is not liable for medical emergencies; guests should consult a doctor and undergo a check-up before the yatra, especially with pre-existing conditions
Medical evacuation by helicopter will be charged at INR 1,75,000 per hour plus UCADA royalty, landing charges, and GST
Days are generally normal but nights can be cold; guests should carry adequate woollen clothing
Guests are advised to book return travel after 4:00 PM, as delays may occur due to weather or operations
Guests may consider booking return travel for the next day to avoid inconvenience due to possible delays
Valid ID required: Indians (Aadhaar/Voter ID), foreigners (passport)
Palki/porter charges at Kedarnath and Badrinath are to be paid directly by passengers
